Applications
ATP Substrate is used with 61-101 Luciferin Substrate and is intended for in vitro studies of fire fly luciferase. The reagent contains ATP and Luciferase activators to obtain a stable light (less than 2% decay per minute).

Reconstitution:
100 tests: In 12 mL Tris-EDTA buffer.
200 tests: In 20 mL Tris-EDTA buffer.
Number of assays:
100 tests: Up to 120 analyses in a 96 well microplate format. Remember to allow a certain volume for priming.
200 tests: Up to 200 analyses in a 96 well microplate format. Remember to allow a certain volume for priming.
Storage:
At -18 °C or lower.
Shelf life:
2 years from date of delivery at -18 °C. Reconstituted reagent should be used within a week.
